What modern architecture is worth saving in Seattle?

Practically contemporary with the Magnolia Library, Paul Hayden Kirk designed UW’s Haggett Hall. But no warmth and exquisite detailing here; its concrete monumentality is banal and emotionally brutal, like much 1960s architecture.
