Mandela burial will happen in simple village

Men plow a field in the rain in Qunu, South Africa. The home where Nelson Mandela grew up had mud walls, a grass roof, and a floor polished smooth with cow dung. That was in the 1920s. When people flood Mandela's village on Sunday for the former president's burial, they will be in a place that -- except for a gleaming new highway and a strong cellphone network -- lags decades behind the developed world.
