Ground Control takes off in Georgetown

The Painted Hills burger at Brass Tacks is a half-pound beef patty covered in caramelized onions and white cheddar on a potato roll (applewood smoked bacon and an over-easy duck egg are optional fixings). Pork fries served with apple butter are also on the menu.
