Uncaged pets in airline cabins not soothing for everyone

On a visit to Paris, writer Gigi Griffis holds her dog, Luna, whom she travels with frequently. Luna, a 4-year-old Schnauzer-Yorkie mix, can ride in Griffis' lap on planes because she has been certified as an emotional-support animal, a practice that some in the airline and service animal communities say is being increasingly abused.
