Port says cargo-ship lineup a sign of export rebound

Cargo ships waiting to be loaded with soybeans and corn at nearby Pier 86 are anchored in Elliott Bay, and in view of the Olympic Mountains. Port of Seattle officials are pleased to see the backup, as are Port of Tacoma officials, after a drop in exports last year.
