Longtime foes unite over water plan for Eastern Washington

Lake Cle Elum, photographed from the middle of the Cle Elum Dam in late summer, is used for irrigation and is low at that time of the year. Under the proposal by environmentalists, farmers and the Yakama Nation, a fish passage would be constructed at the dam.
