Converted from church to stage in Seattle regrade, ca. 1906

THEN: Sometime between early December 1906 and mid-February 1907, an unnamed photographer recorded landmarks on the east side of Third Avenue, including the Washington Bar stables (right), the Union Stables (center), the church converted to Taylor’s Castle Garden theater at Pine Street, and up a snow-dusted Denny Hill, the Washington Hotel.
