Arthur Sulzberger’s Fifth Avenue co-op sells for $12.5 million

Former New York Times publisher Arthur Ochs Sulzberger Sr., who led the newspaper to new levels of influence and profit amid some of the most significant moments in 20th-century journalism, died in September. A Manhattan co-op that belonged to him sold recently for $12.5 million.
