David Pfeiffer takes yard from dull to dynamic (and great for kids) in Medina

The Tams' leafy front garden is defined by a wide swathe of dry creek bed. Water bubbles up through the rocks at the far end, with grasses (Deschampsia cespitosa) and serviceberry trees (Amelanchier x grandiflora 'Autumn Brilliance') lining the streambed.
