Sriracha hot-sauce purveyor turns up the heat

An employee of Huy Fong Foods, founded in Los Angeles’ Chinatown in 1980, packs the company’s signature Sriracha sauce for shipping. The company, which has never spent any money on advertising, sold more than $60 million worth of sauce last year.
