Tsunami mystery: Fish on boat were from different part of Japan

This is one of the five striped beakfish, a fish native to southern coastal waters of Japan, that were found in a 20-foot boat that came ashore March 22, 2013 near Long Beach. Only one of the fish survived. The other four were euthanized.
