The house sits in four quadrants, separating private and common areas. In between is the circulation volume, the stairs. "We're pretty dang proud that the 2,400-square-foot plan could easily accommodate a family of four: it's an effective model we'd like to practice more," says architect Andrew Van Leeuwen.
