Suited to party on St. Paddy’s Day

Kiley was resting at a Fourth Avenue bus stop before the start of Saturday’s annual St. Paddy’s Day parade to Westlake Park. He has marched near the front of the parade for decades. Dougherty walked with the Irish Heritage Club.
