Magic Waters, 63, sells his wares and handmade paraphernalia at Victor Steinbrueck Park, unofficially named "Native Park" by its Native American regulars. "This is where we come to drink, fight, fall in love, all that," he says. "Even when it's rainy and snowy, it's really, really nice out here. In rasta, we say irie. It's like, the best it could possibly be. So it's really, really, an irie type place here."
