Highway 99 tunnel: Big buildup for a massive drill

At the Sodo launch pit, workers hang steel rebar as they create a form for a concrete floor, which will cradle the massive boring machine at a downward angle. The 6,800-ton drill will arrive in pieces by ship later this month.
