Condition improves for N. Seattle shooting victim

Seattle police officers patrol Friday outside the Bitter Lake Community Center. Police say shooting suspect Carolyn Piksa stopped at the center and brandished a weapon there after shooting Bill Keller at a maintenance building nearby.
