$2M posted to bail out Chinese student facing vehicular-homicide charge

Yichun Xu, a 19-year-old community college student from China, is being arraigned on four counts of vehicular assault for a high speed crash on a residential street in Des Moines on Nov. 10, 2012. He is at the The Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent. The driver of the car he hit later died.
