How North Korea celebrates Valentine's Day? Visitors attend the opening of the 17th Kimjongilia Festival on Thursday at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition Hall, in Pyongyang, North Korea. Kimilsungia and Kimjongilia are flowers named after late North Korean leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
