Phoebe Fine's neighborhood garden goes the distance

Terra cotta pots, with the 1920s brick home as backdrop, hold a little magnolia, ornamental grasses, 'Sunshine Blue' blueberries, and the only annuals (heliotrope, calibrachoa, geraniums) in the garden.
