Toy makers place bets on retro, creative playthings

Hasbro's Nerf Rebelle Heartbreaker bow-and-arrow set gets a workout at the American International Toy Fair. The hippest new toys showcased at the New York show this week are interactive, adaptable and, often, more than a bit familiar.
