Trained dogs lead the hunt for valuable local truffles

Alana McGee pockets a truffle with one hand and gives a bacon treat to her dog Duff with the other after he made a find. Duff is a 6-year-old Labrador/golden retriever mix. McGee says personality is a big factor in training a dog to hunt for truffles. Duff, abandoned as a pup, was adopted by McGee.
