Solar neighborhood projects shine in ‘sunbreak’ Seattle

Gretchen Bauer and her husband, Pete, have installed a 19-panel solar-power system on the south and west sides of their house's roof in the Ravenna-Bryant neighborhood. Bauer likes the fact that her home’s solar-power generation stays in the neighborhood.
