Spent grain powers Alaskan Brewing Co. plant

The Juneau company has installed a boiler system used to create steam power from burning spent grain left over from making beer. Brandon Smith, the brewing operations and engineering manager, checks on the boiler that burns waste accumulated by the brewing process.
