City trims funds to 9 day centers for homeless

George Olken, of Seattle, shaves Sunday at the Urban Rest Stop, which serves about 5,600 homeless people a month. The city is cutting the budget of existing day-service centers for the homeless by about 5 percent so that it can fund two additional centers.
