Cellulose fuel slow to start pumping, but this may be the year

ZeaChem’s plant aims to turn wood from these poplar plantations in eastern Oregon into ethanol fuel. Initially, the plant will operate on wood waste from a lumber-milling operation but eventually seeks to have dedicated acreage to growing poplar for fuel.
