Police run out of gift cards at gun buyback

Private gun buyers hold signs to tempt sellers in line for the Seattle Police Department’s gun buyback Saturday, the city’s first since 1992. Snarled traffic, long waits and a gun-show atmosphere nearby drew complaints from some who turned in weapons.
