Inslee sworn in as governor, promises ‘disruptive change’

Gov. Jay Inslee enters the inaugural ball Wednesday evening at the Capitol Rotunda in Olympia. The former Democratic congressman was sworn in as Washington state's 23rd governor earlier in the day. About 3,000 attended the ball.
