Shiro's chef dreams of sushi, too; in fact he was Jiro's apprentice

Direct from Tokyo where he apprenticed for sushi giant Jiro Ono, Daisuke Nakazawa is now in Seattle, taking his place alongside our own sushi master, Shiro Kashiba.
