The dialysis dilemma: urgent need vs. overtaxed system

Jessie Drake, 18, of Ronan, Mont., was born with a rare kidney disease that eventually wiped out their function. In 2004 he began dialysis at home. His body rejected a donor kidney he received in 2008. His mother says he'll be on dialysis the rest of his life.
