Ski, sip and chill at Oregon’s Hood River

A skier explores woods along the Teacup Lake trail system, off Highway 35 about 35 miles from Hood River, Ore. This and other areas on the slopes of Mount Hood offer many opportunities for cross-country and downhill skiing. At day’s end, the town of Hood River offers lodging, dining and multiple brew pubs.
