Ballmer makes cameo as Qualcomm opens CES

Qualcomm Chief Executive Paul Jacobs is only the third person to present the CES keynote, behind Microsoft's Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer, who also made a cameo during Jacobs' presentation Monday. Jacobs said it's fitting to have a mobile company start the show, noting that Qualcomm products "are at the heart of mobile devices" and connected electronics.
