Cliff behind it, Congress now faces debt, deficit swamp

Traders on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange were busy Wednesday as stocks surged in response to Congress finally taking action to avert the "fiscal cliff." The Dow Jones industrial average added more than 300 points.
