Roosevelt High Latin teacher wins national award

NORA MACDONALD 122812 Nora MacDonald will be honored as one of the nation's two best pre-college Latin teachers of the year. She's taught Latin at Roosevelt High for the past 35 years. Around her classroom desk are favorite icons of talent: the Beatles, Robert Redford and Elvis.
