Winter returns to Kabul's ill-prepared refugee camps

A young boy walked through puddles of water and ice at the Nasaji Bagrami refugee camp in Kabul, Afghanistan, in January. Already this winter, extreme cold has taken the life of a 3-year-old at a refugee camp.
