The little house that stood; Seattle, ca. 1918

THEN: The Burnett home at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Columbia Street was completed nearly 40 years before the Rainier Club was built on the north end of the block in 1904. In between them, and showing far left, the Burnetts built a small apartment house. The family named it the Burnett Flats.
