In Ballard, a family barber shop's popularity uncut by time

Carol LaTorre cuts Bill Roberts' hair (also seen below) at Louie's Barber Shop. The store was started by her late father, Louie, 60 years ago. "I leave better looking than when I come in. She is very gentle compared to her father," said Roberts.
