Dangerous distraction: Study finds many texting pedestrians

Pedestrians cross a street Wednesday in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. A study for the journal Injury Prevention had observers watch 1,102 Seattle pedestrians at 20 intersections to see how many were using mobile devices.
