Dog virus spreading; puppies most at risk

Shiloh, 4 months old, visits Golden Gardens this week with owner Diane Tatum. Cases of the sometimes deadly canine parvovirus have spiked in King County. Tatum said Shiloh is protected, having had all of her shots.
