Record rainfall in season's first big storm

Heavy rains left standing water Monday north of Husky Stadium, slowing traffic in the area of Montlake Boulevard and 25th Avenue Northeast. Expect more rain this week, forecasters say, but sun breaks are a possibility Thursday.
