Benghazi controversy clouds Rice nomination

US Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice has been criticized after the Obama administration dispatched her to tell media the Libya incident spurred from a spontaneous demonstration. This controversy has clouded Rice's would-be nomination for secretary of state.
