Holder: FBI acted correctly in keeping lid on Petraeus probe

'Shirtless FBI agent': This photo of FBI Special Agent Fred Humphries became part of the investigation of emails that led to CIA Director David Petraeus's resignation. Humphries, who posed with target dummies after a SWAT practice in 2010, emailed the photo with the subject line, "Which one is Fred?" He said it was a joke. Tampa socialite Jill Kelley and a Seattle Times reporter were among the many recipients.
