McGinn-Vulcan plan would put 24-story buildings on Lake Union

Height limits for parts of South Lake Union would rise under a plan before the Seattle City Council. The plan would pave the way for a proposed deal allowing Vulcan to build three towers about 24 stories high at the lake's edge in exchange for transferring other land to the city.
