For Sasha and Malia Obama, White House is childhood home

The Obama family walks on stage before the president delivers his election- night speech in Chicago. Malia, 14, left, and Sasha, 11, have been largely kept out of the public spotlight as their parents try to ensure as normal a childhood as possible. Family dinner is on the table at 6:30, and Malia has to do her own laundry.
