Too many empty seats on Sounder north line

Afternoon commuters on the northbound Sounder train have plenty of space as they travel along Puget Sound past Edmonds and Mukilteo. It might be America's most scenic rail commute, but officials say the tracks are too far away from thousands of potential riders.
