Alaska Airlines: Our ticketing system up and running again

Russ Taylor from Concrete, Skagit County rests his head after an early arrival at the airport to get his grandson back to Hawaii. They were next in line when the Alaska Airlines' computers went down and were stuck at the same spot for more than four hours.
