Architect lets go, and an elegant little house gets another chance

A reincarnation of The Zachary House in North Carolina. Architect Stephen Atkinson's design for a tiny, modern version of a breezeway or dogtrot home has appeared in 39 magazines, from those with a modernist bent, like Dwell, to more traditional ones, like Southern Living.
