People to politicians: We still believe in each other, but you, not so much

The nation's unemployment rate was a distressing 8.3 percent in February 2009, when this picture of a job fair at what is now CenturyLink Field was taken. But the scene might well have been the same in February of this year, when the rate also hung at 8.3 percent.
