SPEEA, Boeing at loggerheads before decisive vote

A strike by engineering employees would be "a complete failure, in my mind, on both sides," Mike Delaney, left, vice president of engineering for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, said Wednesday during a meeting with The Seattle Times editorial board.
