Old N. Capitol Hill home has an art-filled new life

Nancy Weintraub and her husband bought the 1905 Four Square on north Capitol Hill in 1978 for $87,000. Lit from within and planted with tiny grasses, the floating concrete steps, designed by landscape architect Theo Mittet, hint at the contemporary touches within.
