Old N. Capitol Hill home has an art-filled new life

The hot tub and outdoor shower sit beneath a pergola. The area was designed by Theo Mittet and built by Aejza Munson, who came to the property with contractor Dave Boone's crew. Munson also crafted the art piece from salvaged materials.
